Perinatal and Infant Psychology Supports
Jessica is passionate about supporting families from preconception and beyond
Jessica is a passionate and down to earth Psychologist, Board Approved Supervisor, and mother of two. She began her career in psychology over 10 years ago, supporting children, parents, carers, and support staff within the foster care system. Jessica very quickly learnt the importance of investing early in parental wellbeing, parent-child attachment, and emotional attunement over the lifespan. This passion only grew as Jessica became a parent, and as she extended her practice beyond the foster care system, to providing therapy supports across the lifespan and across a range of settings.
Jessica is committed to her learning and growth. Beyond her education and training to become a Psychologist, Jessica has completed further training and development specific to supporting families in the perinatal period, including, though not limited to,
2-Year Advanced Clinical Training Program in Family Therapy
Bringing Baby Home Facilitator Training, and
Neuroprotective Developmental Care (NDC, or the Possums Programs) Masterclass in Unsettled Infant and Parental Mental Health.
